Boba plush is so cute and really soft!! I ordered it a few months ago when the plush was a preorder around Chinese new year and it arrived around March 31. Package came in a highligher color package bag and plush was safe in another clear bag. Definally worth the wait ( it will take some time bc we are in a pandemic) The service team replies super fast when I had questions about my order. This Boba plush is perfect for my plush collection.

My first shipment for the boba family pack was lost, so I reached out to the SAT Support Team and they were able to send me a new family pack and were very kind! I wanted to give them as Christmas presents, but that sadly did not happen. They are so cute and soft and worth the trouble! If you want to give them as gifts, I would recommend ordering the plushies 3-4 weeks ahead of time as they are being delivered from Asia. The boba plushies are just so adorable.

I love the product itself but the packaging and delivery is done very poorly. I ordered the family package with the 3 boba plushies and they were only wrapped all in one thin plastic bag. When it went through customs and Canada post, the plastic bag was ripped and cut open in few different spots. The cut even went deep enough to cut one of the plushies, about 3 inches long. SAT said they are not responsible for damaged good after delivery, so I can’t do anything about it. If I want to exchange, I have to pay for my own postage too. All of this would’ve been avoided if they didnt just use a plastic bag to begin with. If they used a box, the product wouldnt have been cut. Just disappointed.

I ordered the plushies on 4/30 with an expected delivery date around 6/10. On 6/6, I emailed because the tracking just stopped on 5/5 and Laura was so quick to reply. She apologized and I understood there were issues with the mail right now due to the pandemic and she still offered me a refund when I got the plushies. I decided to wait some more for it. On 7/28, I emailed her again because the tracking showed my package was expired and returned. It looked like it was being sent all the way back to China! Laura replied really quickly again and I couldn’t even be mad because she was so nice. She ended the email with “rest assured, I will get your plushies to you!” Finally on 8/15, I received the plushies and let Laura know! She issued my refund and because she was so nice I wouldn’t even mind ordering from subtle asian treats again. I just hope I don’t run into this issue again. Thank you so much Laura for your quick responses and being really helpful even when it’s out of your control with the mail and all that is going on right now.

The boba plushie is super cute and it’s nice and soft. Unfortunately the shipping was ridiculous that it’s turning me off from purchasing more. I ordered on May 12th and just received it on August 3rd. It was supposed to be for a birthday present in July and I thought May was more than enough time but I guess with COVID the shipping was delayed. The customer service people are really nice and quick to respond, so that’s comforting too. Would I buy again if there wasn’t a shipping hassle? Yes.

I got two of the 9' Boba Plushie XL. So soft and cuddly! Their shape doesn't stay super well but is very easy to form back into it's original shape. Shipping did take much longer than projected but the customer service was very responsive to my emails.

The product is awesome, and delivery in only a few weeks, due to international situation. Although my product package was damaged before reaching my country delivery system. Then causing lines and fabric damages and small stains that came away after two washings. Now the product is alright, but quality of product had to be dealt with, not so professional.
