Shipping FAQ
Free tracked international shipping on every order, no minimum spend.
Delivery times
Orders are shipped via USPS, DHL, FedEx, or your local carrier depending on your address. Orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days before they ship. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

Delivery estimates start from the date your order ships, not from when you place it. Add 1 to 4 business days for processing.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email. You can also track your order on our Track Orders page. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show the first scan as your parcel is picked up by the carrier.

Import duties and taxes
Import duties, VAT, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the buyer's responsibility where they apply. Most personal orders ship under customs thresholds, but high-value orders may incur charges on delivery.
My package is taking longer than expected
Most delivery delays come from customs clearance, incorrect addresses, or bad weather, all of which are outside our control. If your package is significantly delayed or hasn't moved in over 10 days, contact us at support@subtleasiantreats.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Lost, stolen or damaged packages
We accept responsibility for your order until it is delivered to you. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, contact support@subtleasiantreats.com and we will resolve it with a replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Separate shipments
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different warehouses so you get them as fast as possible. You'll receive a tracking number for each parcel.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us at support@subtleasiantreats.com as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so we can't guarantee changes once shipped. EU and UK consumers retain the full 14-day right of withdrawal after delivery regardless of any earlier cancellation window.
Countries we don't ship to
We ship to over 150 countries. We're unable to ship to destinations under active international sanctions. If you're unsure, start checkout and the system will tell you, or email us before ordering.
