Shipping Policy
Free tracked international shipping on every order. No minimum spend, no surprise fees.
Standard delivery times
- United States & Canada: 5 to 16 business days
- United Kingdom & Ireland: 6 to 14 business days
- European Union: 9 to 17 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7 to 19 business days
- Latin America: 10 to 25 business days
- Africa, Middle East: 10 to 25 business days
- Rest of the world: 14 to 30 business days
Delivery times are estimates from the date your order ships, not from when you place it. Add 1 to 4 business days for order processing.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days, Monday through Friday. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show the first scan.
Free shipping, always
Shipping is free to every country we ship to, no minimum order value required. We absorb the shipping cost on every order.
Where we ship
We ship to over 150 countries worldwide. We are unable to ship to countries under international sanctions. If you are not sure whether we can ship to your country, start checkout and the system will tell you, or email support@subtleasiantreats.com before ordering.
Import duties, VAT and customs fees
Import duties, VAT, and any other customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These are determined by your country's customs authority and are the buyer's responsibility where applicable. Most personal orders ship under customs thresholds, but high-value orders may incur charges on delivery.
Separate shipments
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different warehouse locations so you get them as fast as possible. You'll receive a tracking number for each package.
Lost, damaged or delayed packages
We accept responsibility for your order until it is delivered to you. If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed in transit, contact support@subtleasiantreats.com and we will resolve it, typically by sending a replacement or issuing a refund. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Cancellations and changes
Contact us as soon as possible at support@subtleasiantreats.com if you need to cancel or change your order. We process orders quickly, so we can't guarantee changes once an order has shipped. EU and UK consumers retain the full 14-day right of withdrawal after delivery regardless of any earlier cancellation window.
Payment and currency
All prices and payments are in US Dollars (USD). Your home bank handles any currency conversion at its own rate. You'll be charged when you place your order.
